Add your fruits or veggies (or both) then add one unusual healthy ingredient. *Freezing your fruit ahead of time will make your smoothie thicker*. Add crushed ice and blend it to the consistency you prefer. You may like small chunks of fruit, and use a spoon to eat it...or you may prefer it smooth enough to use a straw.
